General Membership

General Membership in the HPNA is open to all residents and property owners located within the boundaries of HPNA. To become a member, submit a membership application and annual dues of $10 per calendar year.

• Non-organizational membership is by household with each individual in a member household, age 18 or older, having one vote.
• Organizational membership shall entitle each member organization to one vote.
• Non-voting members are members who pay the membership dues but do not meet the residency requirements for membership.

Members are entitled to vote at HPNA general meetings, become HPNA officers, and serve on HPNA committees. Members will also receive our HPNA newsletter, Herald, delivered to their home four times per year.

HPNA is a 501(c)(4) non–profit corporation.
