Minutes Approved from November, January and February. Laurie to share December 2019 minutes with the board
Jannelle moved to approve and Kathleen seconded
Jeff moved to approved Lynn to board to replace Dylan on the board

Business meeting set for Tuesday, March 24 at Janelle’s house
March 18th general meeting is cancelled. Rescheduling to be determined

Insurance: Alliance insurance company. Debbie is looking into insurance coverage for HPNA similar to how landpark handles their insurance

Distribution of newsletter:
Jannelle would like to talk with Victor about distribution coordination. We need more volunteers to deliver the newsletter.. Agenda item for next meeting and newsletter content.
Treasurer report: Balance of $5,500. Slow on membership, especially with not having a March general meeting. Do we want to send out dues reminder card to renew your HPNA membership
For Business meeting: discuss renewals, distribution of newsletter and need for volunteers

Ice cream social proposed for June so we have a June event to attract families with kids, possibly Saturday, June 13th . Ice cream and game night, 6pm or 7pm at Hollywood Park Elementary
